Dog Friendly Lakeside Bar and Restaurant
A large selection of good quality food can be selected to eat in the bar or restaurant.
Eating and drinking on the veranda with views overlooking the lakes is complimented by excellent service and a warm welcome.
Regular discos, live bands and music make this family friendly location a must visit for all staying at the lodge. Outdoor grill is open in the summer for poolside snacks and BBQs.
Dry Ski/Snowboard Slope

Swimming Pool (Seasonal)
Tallington lakes has a 20m outdoor swimming pool which is heated and surrounded by sun loungers. It has secure code gated access for peace of mind and also to ensure there are not too many people there at any one time. Use of the pool is charged per hour directly with Tallington. Located next to the bar / restaurant and sat on the lakeside you are surrounded by beautiful views. When the sun is out you will find that you are in the best spot for all day sun.
Water Activities
Tallington Lakes is proud to be able to offer the facilities, training and coaching for all levels and abilities and ages, for able bodied as well as disabled persons. Please get in contact with us and we will put together a tailored coaching and training programme based around your needs and goals. We stage competitions of all levels throughout the season. We also cater for large groups, schools, colleges, youth clubs, universities as well as for corporate events. Please get in touch !
Lake 1 has a homologated course and competition jump which provides a great location for training. This year we have 2011 Ski Nautique 200 boats, with Zero Off, to ensure you are skiing in the best environment and behind the best tournament boat.
All participants must complete a disclaimer before entering the water for the first time.
Climbing Centre
Learn to climb, at our Climbing Centre, on our custom built, 15 meter high climbing tower. With 8 lines, each with multiple graded routes, it has a gentle slab, two vertical faces and an extreme 30 degree overhang! If it’s your first time or you need some instruction then one of our enthusiastic instructors can be booked to show you the ropes.
We offer lessons tailored to your needs, from the quick thrills of a short taster session, to full tuition in belaying, knot tying, and movement skills. And a climbing club for those ‘spider monkeys’!
Abseiling is one of the greatest thrills you can get, and high up on peoples ‘must do’ lists! Our considerate instructors will guide you through the challenge and help you to conquer your fears as you dangle on a rope 15 m above the ground!
Reception
Friendly staff man the reception / gatehouse with barriers located for controlled secure access to and from the site, this in only 50 metres away from our lodge. Welcoming and knowledgeable staff are always available and happy to help at any point, we also have a 24 hour telephone line should you require any assistance urgently.
