Paddle Boarding

You can lie down and use your hands, kneel on them and paddle them like a canoe or stand up and use our longer paddles designed especially for this innovative sport. As you progress you will learn how to paddle in a straight line, spin around and improve your balance as you move around your board. Why not get a head-start with one of our stand up paddleboard taster sessions, where you will learn all you need to know to get ‘going’ on the water! The hour long session will show you the basics of this great sport, so you can enjoy the water.
